Our talented and committed educators have the freedom to be creative and to pioneer groundbreaking schools.

Additionally, in order to support our educators who are supporting students to navigate the change they encounter in their lives and in the broader society at large, we have begun to develop educator-facing resources. The first of these series, Navigating Change, launched in Summer 2020 as a targeted six-session professional development space for middle school educators. Funded in collaboration with NewSchools Venture Fund and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, it was offered to educators at CWC schools as well as to diverse educators across the country.
