Los Angeles Region
CWC schools are located in communities where parents are demanding challenging and joyful learning environments that also reflect the full diversity of their neighborhoods. As of the 2015-16 school year, CWC has three schools in Los Angeles, serving some 1,300 students, and the region is now expanding to serve middle school students.

Our Los Angeles schools are in strong demand: In 2015, we had seven times more interest than space, with over 2,500 applications for just under 350 seats, including 1,680 applications for approximately 220 kindergarten seats. On the 2014-15 Common Core aligned Smarter Balanced statewide assessment:
- All CWC Los Angeles schools outperformed schools across California and Los Angeles in English Language Arts (ELA) and Math, on average.
- All CWC Los Angeles "sub-groups" outperformed district-wide "sub-groups" in ELA and Math, on average.
- CWC Mar Vista’s first official standardized test results place the school among the top performers in Los Angeles.
